 We invite women professionals from diverse backgrounds and fields to apply. The general screening criteria is as detailed above.

The pairing of mentors and mentees is determined by our program committee, taking into consideration factors such as the initial assessment form, goals, aspirations, and other relevant criteria. While we understand the desire to choose your own mentor or mentee, our committee strives to create compatible matches that maximize the potential for a successful mentoring relationship.

What is the rule of engagement as a mentor and a mentee?

We have a set of rules and guidelines that mentors and mentees must abide by. This will be made known at the start of the mentoring program. Failure to comply will result in the suspension or termination of their participation in the program.
